The Illinois Concealed Carry Renewal class is a 3 hour refresher on your rights as a concealed carry holder. We will start the day completing a requalification. It is a state requirement that a “concealable firearm” be used during this requalification. You will be required to take 10 shots at 5 yards, 10 shots at 7 yards, and 10 shots at 10 yards. You are required to hit at least 21 out of 30, or 70% of your shots in at least the largest scoring ring on a standard B-27 target.

Once the requalification is completed we will come back in the classroom and cover the Justification of Force Bill as well as the House Bill HB0183. We will also teach you how to reapply for your license.
