I was that kid in your neighborhood with his toy guns thinking he was John Wayne. My dad and my grandfather got me into shooting as soon as I was old enough to hold up a firearm. It has always been a hobby of ours, and something that has brought us together as a family. I graduated from Lincoln Christian University with a degree in Christian Ministries. My intentions were always to be a college professor. So, I have combined my passion for firearms and my passion for teaching. In 2011 I decided to turn that hobby into a career. I am a certified NRA Instructor (2011) and an Illinois State Police certified Concealed Carry Instructor (2013). I specialize in new shooters, but I also have the knowledge and skillset to teach the old dog’s new tricks also. I look forward to the opportunity to train with you.
